Matthew 9:36-38
But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd.
Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest is truly is plenteous, but the laborers are few;
Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest.
Everybody wants God to bless them, but nobody want to work. Now in the natural we don't expect to get a pay check unless we go to work, and do the duties for our particular job, some of are going to school and we expect to receive a degree, but we know for that to happen we will have to study, and apply our self. How come we give so much time and effort into the natural man, but we only put a little time in God? And some of us think we are really doing something because we go to church a few days out the week and read the bible, and know a few scriptures....but where is your laboring....where are the women who would pray until dawn, when someone calls you in the midnight hours how many of us really get out our bed to pray for them, how many of us wait to go to church to shout and give thanks, where are the ones that shout and praise God all the time, just for being good. The word says there's no good thing in this flesh..no good thing. How many will really stand in the gap, how many will pray the heavens up, how many will make it a daily effort to get into their word ( God says give us this our daily bread) He's letting us know that we need the word everyday. Stop looking to be bless and start being a blessing, stop telling God what you want and ask Him what He wants I have to be obedient and pray this prayer
God I come before you standing in the gap for every soul that is reading this e-mail, Lord God I am asking that You hear Your Servants prayer, I am asking and believing that Your people will humble themselves so that they may see, just who You are, God I am asking for a transformation of the mind, I am asking Lord God that You take us back, to when we couldn't even look at ourselves, I am asking Lord God, that we stop giving you the least and we start giving you our greatest for You said you want our first fruit, teach us Lord how to praise you in the morning, teach us Lord how to thank You for what we have, bring back to our remembrance about Calvary....remind us how You never asked us for anything....remind us how there was a vacancy up in heaven, and we were made to worship you...oh Lord some don't even know how to worship you, for you said they that worship me must worship me in Spirit and in truth....I am a broken vessel I will praise you Lord, I said I am broken vessel and I will praise you Lord,.... from the rising of the sun to the depths of my soul, my God is worthy to be praised... I thank you Lord in advance for the changing of the mind!!!
