There will be times in this walk with Christ, where God will call for a separation, He will separate you from anyone or anything, that will hinder your walk with Him, and although you may be lonely remember that God and His angels are there with you. God is calling for the body of Christ to go higher in God, and in doing so you need to ask for the gift of discerning, so that you may be able to see the fruit of people from a far off. No one ever said this walk would be easy, but I can assure you that if you surrender to God He will draw close to you. God is a Holy God, and holiness is right, it's the way that Christians should walk. Do not allow people to contaminate your soul with darkness when Christ has died to give us life, you be the light to show someone that's in darkness the way. The devil will use whatever and whoever he needs to, to try and get you and he doesn't want someone who's already doing wrong, he's wants God's chosen ones because he knows he has but a little time, and we are a threat to him. I made a life choice to separate myself from anything or anyone that will hinder my walk with Christ. And I ask God for mercy for those who know that the devil is trying to use them, sometimes we give the devil to much credit, and we try and say things like well I am just a babe in Christ, you may be a babe in Christ and have not become mature in the word, but God has given us all common sense you know right from wrong and you know when you are trying to cause your brother or sister to sin, remember that God is not a God to be mocked, you will reap what you sew.
LEVITICUS 20:7-8
Consecrate yourselves and be holy, because I am the LORD your God. Keep my decrees and follow them. I am the LORD, who makes you holy.
2 CORINTHIANS 6:16, 7:1
As God has said, "I will live with them and walk among them, and I will be their God and they will be my people." Since we have these promises, dear friends, let us purify ourselves from everything that contaminates body and spirit, perfecting holiness out of reverence for God.
EPHESIANS 4:22-24
You were taught, with regard to your former way of life, to put off your old self, which is being corrupted by its deceitful desires; to be made new in the attitude of your minds; and to put on the new self, created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness.
1 PETER 1:15-16
BUT JUST AS HE WHO CALLED YOU IS HOLY, SO BE HOLY IN ALL YOU DO; FOR IT IS WRITTEN, "BE HOLY, BECAUSE I AM HOLY."
