So often we as "SAINTS" forget that Jesus walked this earth in the human flesh; He does understand and know how we feel and what we are going through, when are we going to really start following the example of CHRIST and keep our mouths closed and just go through? Remember when you have a pity party don't nobody show up but you....Next time you want to start feeling like He does not understand remember this:
ISAIAH 53:3-5
He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from Him; He was despised, and we esteemed Him not
*Despised means to disdain or scorn; Rejected means abandoned; A man of sorrow means severe pain; acquainted with grief means injuries
Surely He has borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem Him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
*He has borne our griefs means spiritual sickness; stricken, smitten, and afflicted (mankind in general)
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisements of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.
*But He was wounded for our (pierced through) for our transgressions (sins). The verb bruised translates to being utterly crushed; Our iniquities means moral evils; Chastisements means correction or discipline; of our peace refers to that which procured our peace with God. With His stripes (wounds) we are healed (to mend or cure) refers to our spiritual condition being made whole.
When you really read the Word of God, and you start having an intimate relationship with the Father; you will do more reverence and less complaining; some of us will continue to be like the children of Israel if we do not grab a whole of what our purpose is; we will miss the mark. Start thanking God for your storms and stop complaining because the word of God says everything that Christ went through He did not once complain. Oh if we could only be like Christ!!!
