We talk the talk but can we really walk the walk. It does not impress God that you are educated (it's a bonus for you, but it does not impress the Father) God's not impressed with anything materialistic you have; clothes, cars, jewelry, house, etc. (He blessed you with it). God smiles when we are obedient and we do as He says and we put not only the Armor of God on, but also we start producing the fruit of the Spirit.Because if you have all that and are not producing the Fruit of the Spirit, then it's in vain. Don't think because you are nice (sometimes) or you do a good deed every now and then, you are producing the Fruit of the Spirit. Even with the fruit of the Spirit you have some that we all want and some that we would rather not have, but the ones that we would rather not have, builds character in you (long suffering, meekness, temperance (patience)

 

 

 

This is what we as Christians should be representing; if you are not producing these fruits you need to do a self examination with your walk with Christ.

 

The word fruit is important in three different areas: 1) the outcome by the Spirit in the believer's life. 2) Unlike the "gifts" of the Spirit only some of which are given to a Christian, each believer is to have all nine virtues composing the fruit of the Spirit. 3) As fruit on tree takes time to develop and mature and grow so does the Spirit does not cultivate these virtues in the believer's life overnight..

 

The fruit of the Spirit can only be produced in your life by God.We as Christians should allow the Holy Spirit to develop character within us, so we might be blameless before others and not hinder the testimony of Christ.
