Wisdom: the ability to discern or judge what is true, accumulated knowledge and experience

Proverbs 1:7

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction

*The fear of the Lord means submission to the Lord and His revelation. When one is afraid of something, he either runs from it or submits to it. The beginning does not mean that "fear of the Lord" is left behind in the course of acquiring wisdom, but that it is the controlling principle of wisdom.*

Proverbs 1:20

Wisdom crieth without; she uttereth her voice in the streets.

*Wisdom is personified here as a prophetess calling in public places to everyone to come to her and learn*

See the very one you think God is not going to use, He's going to use. So many of us have it made up in our mind that if a person does not meet our qualifications than they can not be what God has called them to be. But I beg the difference the word of God says,:

Romans 8:28-30

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are  called according to His purpose.

For whom He did foreknow, He also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the first-born among many brethren.

Moreover whom He did predestinate, them He also called: and whom He called, them He also justified: them He also glorified.

*God is working all things together for good, but those who love God are best to appreciate that fact because they love Him no matter what. (Job 13:15) Foreknowledge is God's determination from eternity to bring the elect into a special relationship with Himself. God chooses those He know will participate in His plan of salvation and extend to all who respond in faith.

Sometimes we as a people have a hard time thinking a person can really be used by God, especially if you know their past. But God made us all in secret, and we all have fallen short of God's glory, nobody's exempt and that same mercy and grace that saved you, how come it can't save the next one? God chose me, and when we really understand that God has predestined and chosen us, we should also realize we have been ordained to do good works, to bear good fruit, and to become like Jesus.

See I have learned that God will justify His people. Being justified indicates being declared righteous; it signifies the believer's judicial standing before God. (The key word here is before God, not man only God can justify us)

Romans 9:33

Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justified.
