We all know there are four seasons; summer, fall, winter, and spring; and we can pretty much tell the season by the weather. This is how it should be working in your spiritual life as well, we have seasons as well, God actually says there is a time for everything:
ECCLESIASTES 3:1-8
1) To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.
2) A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3) A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4) A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance;
5) A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together, a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6) A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep and a time to cast away
7) A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8) A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace
I had to learn the hard way that everybody that crosses my path, was not meant to stay, some were for a brief moment, some were for awhile, and others were ones I chose myself. One thing about God, if you ask Him, He will give you wisdom, but you have to be ready for the outcome. It took me along time to find out who CaLisha really is, because I was whoever people wanted me to be, and when I was in that season it was for a long time, because I looked to people to make me happy and not God. I just had a season of quietness with just me and God, and it was then that I found out who I really am in Christ, and what season I am in......I know I am about to loose some, but we all know I give it to you the way God gives it to me.....REAL LOVE..... everybody that we think is for us, is not necessary good for us. I will say it again, some of us have connected ourselves with some, and that was not in the plan......when you go before God and you say for God I live and for God I die you are putting yourself on the altar as a sacrificial offering, and it is no longer about you......I had to ask God to disconnect anything that I have connected, or has tried to connect itself to me, that was not in His will; and God has disconnected a lot from me, but He has also connected a lot to me, but now I am walking in the will of the Father, and not of CaLisha. Are you really ready to give up your life, so that you can have life with God? What season are you in? What storms have you been going through over and over again? Who are you connected to? Are you connected to the right ones? I ask the question again.......what season are you in?
