When God delivers you, do not go entertain that spirit, do not allow yourself to be open for the enemy to come  back, because if he couldn't get you with just that one thing you better believe, he's going to bring some of his friends this time to take you out.

Luke 11:24-26

When the unclean spirit is gone out of man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest; and finding none, he saith, I will return unto my house whence I came out.

And when he cometh, he findeth it swept and garnished.

Then goeth he, and taketh to him seven other spirits more wicked thank himself; and they enter in, and dwell there: and the last state of the man is worse than before.

When you get delivered this is just half the battle, you have to constantly seek God's face to stay free.  When God sets you free and delivers you from a spirit that tried to literally take you out, you can not entertain that spirit at all. When God delivers you a change should come about, not just in the moment but for the rest of your life. There is a penalty when you back slide, you don't just get to keep going, you have now opened the door and have giving the enemy access to your spirit man. When God changes you, it's and inside change first, and when the Holy Ghost really dwells within you, your outside change comes. You don't talk the same, you don't walk the same, you don't dress, the same, Christ lives in you so there should be a change. But if you are not grounded and rooted in the word of God, when the wind blows you will fall.  The enemy has studied you for a very long time and he knows your weaknesses:

1 Peter 5:8

Be sober, be vigilant (watchful to detect danger); because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour

The devil is not playing with you, you have to watch and pray, and be careful for nothing. Stop worrying about how people will perceive you and start thinking about how the enemy wants to kill you. There are certain things, places, and people that you are going to have to come out of today, if you ever want to make heaven your home. Aren't you tired of going through the same test, aren't you tired of having to go to God and repent about the same thing, it's time you stop playing with the devil. See we speak about deliverance and being free, but how often do we speak about staying that way. You have to be in the Word of God, you have to seek His face, you have to have a praying and fasting life, so when the enemy comes, and believe me he will come, make it where he can not make his home with you, because God dwells there, and we know that God and the devil can not dwell in the same temple. Ask God to make you over, and to remove anything that is not of Him, and to give you wisdom and knowledge on how to stay free.
